Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, we will begin preparing your items as soon as possible. The order preparation time is 8h-24h.

Average Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days for mainland Portugal and 5-10 working days for Madeira and the Azores.

Who makes the deliveries?
All deliveries are made via MRW or DB Schenker.

Order Fulfillment
We ship daily Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Sunday through Friday will begin shipping the following business day.
Occasionally, orders may not ship the next day due to stock issues, missing order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next open business day.

Despite our best efforts, the delivery period may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks to reach you, however, facts and eventualities beyond Sunshop's control may occur that cause longer delays and are beyond our responsibility.

When you order multiple products, the orders may come from different warehouses. In this case, you may receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Sunshop is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling in of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If the incorrect filling occurs, according to postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and payment will be required for a new shipping fee to resend the product.

Recipient Absent
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. CTT may make up to two attempts to deliver the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on either attempt, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it from the CTT office within 6 calendar days. If the recipient of the package does not collect it, according to postal rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and the recipient will need to pay for a new shipping fee to resend the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the CTT agency where the recipient must collect their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking, which can be followed on the CTT website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
