Shipping Policy

When you place your order, we will begin preparing your items as quickly as possible. The order preparation time is 8h-24h.

Average Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for Mainland Portugal, including Madeira and the Azores is 2-3 working days for Mainland Portugal and 3-5 working days for Madeira and the Azores.

Who makes the deliveries?
All deliveries are made through CTT, Torrestir or another carrier.

Can I pick up my order at the CTT store (if it is sent by CTT)?
Yes. When you receive a Delivery Notice in your mailbox, you must check the following information:
- The name of the CTT Store you need to go to;

- The date/time from which the mail is available for collection (validate on: “can be collected on working days from”).
At the CTT Store, you must be accompanied by the Delivery Notice itself and an official identification document, preferably an Identity Card or Citizen Card.

Order Fulfillment
We ship daily Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed before 10pm from Sunday to Friday will begin to be placed the following day.
Occasionally, orders may not ship the next day due to stock issues, missing order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday or next open business day.

Despite our best efforts, the delivery time may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks to reach you, however, events and eventualities beyond Sunshop's control may occur that cause longer delays and are beyond our responsibilities.

When you order multiple products, the orders may come from different warehouses. In this case, it may happen that you receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Sunshop is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If it is filled out incorrectly, as per postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment for a new shipping fee to send the product back.

Absent Recipient
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. CTT can make up to two attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package must collect it at the CTT branch, within 6 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not collect it, as per postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment for a new shipping fee to return the product.
